The name Laiky was inspired by “Malaika,” meaning “Angel” a reflection of the precious little ones who inspire everything we do.

Can I return an item?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet our return requirements. Items should be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging with all included parts and accessories.

Can opened baby feeding products be returned?

For hygiene and safety reasons:

• Unopened or unused feeding products may be eligible for return.
  
• Opened or used feeding products are generally non-returnable.
  
• If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, always contact us for review even if the packaging has been opened.

How long do refunds take?

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5-10 business days after the refund is processed for it to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
