At Laiky Baby, we thoughtfully select products for the everyday moments you share with your little one, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, an item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In its original packaging, with all included parts and accessories
  • Associated with an order we can locate using the original Laiky Baby order number or the email address used at checkout

Please contact us through our Contact Us page before sending a return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Baby Feeding & Hygiene Products

Because many Laiky Baby products are designed for feeding and come into direct contact with food, milk, or a baby’s mouth, we apply additional hygiene and safety considerations to these products.

For clarity:

  • Unopened or unused feeding products may be eligible for return, provided they meet the return requirements above.
  • Opened or used feeding products are generally non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please always contact us for review, even if the packaging has been opened.

This may apply to products such as:

  • Silicone bibs
  • Feeding sets, plates, bowls, cups, and utensils
  • Milk warmers
  • Breast milk coolers and storage components

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending it back.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging, when applicable

We will review the information and help determine the appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used
  • Opened feeding or hygiene-sensitive products, unless damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Items missing original packaging, components, or accessories
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Products damaged through misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Return Shipping

Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for approved returns, as Laiky Baby cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after the refund is processed for it to appear on your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, color, or style, we recommend contacting us first.

Where an exchange is available, it will be subject to product availability. In some cases, the quickest option may be to return the eligible item and place a new order.

Gifts

If an item was purchased as a gift, please contact us with as much order information as possible so we can review the available options.

Refunds generally return to the original form of payment unless another arrangement is specifically approved.
