• Thoroughly clean all removable parts before first use. The cooling tube can be hand-washed and does not need to come into direct contact with breast milk.
• Freeze the cooling tube for at least 12 hours, preferably overnight, before use.
• After freezing, place the cooling tube and breast milk storage bottle inside the outer cooler and close the lid securely.
• For newly expressed milk, placing the storage bottle in the lower section of the cooler helps improve cooling efficiency.
• If cooling performance seems unusual, confirm that the cooling tube was frozen for at least 12 hours and that your freezer is operating at the proper temperature.
• When freezing breast milk in the inner bottle, do not fill above 10 oz. Other storage bottles or bags should not be filled more than approximately three-quarters full to allow room for expansion.
• Do not place any components in the microwave or boiling water.
• Always check milk temperature before feeding.
• Do not overtighten the outer lid. Close it securely and check for leaks before carrying.
• Handle the cooling tube gently and avoid dropping or striking it, as damage may cause the internal cooling gel to leak.
• Condensation or small water droplets on the cooling tube during use can occur naturally.
• When the cooler has been used with hot water, use caution around the top cover and connecting-lid components to help prevent burns.
